Ms. Ginzburg earned her B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. While working on her bachelor's degree, she worked as a legal assistant to a number of family law practitioners. Prior to becoming a Partner with Bennett & Ginzburg, Ms. Ginzburg was an associate with Bennett & Erdman.
Ms. Ginzburg earned her J.D. from University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2007, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Ginzburg repeatedly made the Dean's List and was awarded several Witkin Awards for academic excellence. Ms. Ginzburg volunteered her time as a Judge at Pepperdine University's Annual Moot Court Competitions and she passed the Bar exam on her first attempt. She is a member of the Family Law section of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Ms. Ginzburg's practice focuses solely on family law. She has extensive litigation experience dealing with all aspects of family law matters including restraining orders, custody, property division, paternity actions and dissolution of domestic. Ms. Ginzburg deals with both high conflict matters, as well as solutions focused, negotiated settlements. She is fluent in Russian.
